North Sea Jazz Identity

Summary

A vibrant anniversary identity system for North Sea Jazz featuring bold striped typography, expanded colors, and poster and event visuals across motion and print applications.

Visual description

Dynamic striped letterforms in vibrant gradient colors command a black background with bold energy. Dashed horizontal lines transition from purple through pink to coral, forming large geometric letters with optical motion and perceived depth. The parallel stripe treatment suggests kinetic movement and dance-like rhythm, making the typography feel alive against the dark ground.

Key takeaway

Use dashed parallel lines that transition through warm color gradients to transform flat letterforms into volumetric, optically vibrating shapes that convey motion and energy without explicit illustration.
