What this site is

Inspiration by VASA Works is a read-only design inspiration reference library. Content is provided for inspiration, reference and study. By browsing this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Acceptable use

You may use this site to:

• Browse and search the library for design inspiration
• Subscribe to Pro for unrestricted search and filters, full-resolution images and the Figma plugin (see your account)
• Link to individual items or pages for attribution or reference

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl or systematically download the site content or images at a rate or scale that disrupts normal service
• Use automated tools to bulk-download images or descriptions for redistribution or for training a competing commercial product without prior written permission
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limiting, access controls or security measures
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties

Content and intellectual property

The structured descriptions, taxonomy labels, palette extractions and editorial notes authored by Inspiration by VASA Works are original work and may not be reproduced in bulk without permission. Individual excerpts for reference or criticism are fine.

The source images displayed in the library remain the property of their respective rights holders. This site does not grant any rights to those images. Follow the source links on each item page to access the original work and its terms.

Third-party links

Each item in the library links to its original source site. Those links are provided for attribution and reference and are not endorsements of the linked sites or their content. We have no control over and no responsibility for external sites. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

This site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of the content. Design references may become outdated or be removed. The library is not a substitute for professional design advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspiration by VASA Works and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this site.

Cancellation and refunds

Pro is billed as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose). You can cancel at any time from your account. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 30 day full money back guarantee on your first Pro purchase. If Pro is not for you, contact us within 30 days of your first payment at hello@vasa.works and we will refund it in full, processed through Stripe. This guarantee applies once per customer, to the first purchase only.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
