1042 Studio Seven Year Posters

Summary

A series of editorial anniversary posters from 1042 Studio featuring bold red numerals, collage photography, glitch effects, and typographic compositions on textured aged paper.

Visual description

A cream-colored poster with large vertical red sans-serif letters reading "SEVENTY" and "FREQUENCY" running down the left edge. "MEMORIES IN BLOOM" appears in smaller red text on the right side. Scattered photographic elements and subtle texture fragments float across the composition, creating rhythm without cluttering the spacious layout.

Key takeaway

Use large-scale vertical typography as a structural anchor while letting supporting imagery remain deliberately sparse. The strategy prioritizes legibility and sophistication over visual density.

Reuse notes

Reach for this as a editorial spread reference. Pairs with typographic, experimental directions. Original by Lee Black.
