Refracted Type Motion

Summary

Kinetic typographic posters use distortion and bold neon color to turn each frame into a graphic motion study.

Visual description

A single word in a bold sans-serif typeface is distorted by a heavy diagonal motion blur across a vibrant purple background. The text is light cream in color, with the blur creating trailing streaks that stretch toward the upper left and lower right. A large, solid cream-colored shape occupies the top center, resembling the negative space of a letter or a geometric notch.

Key takeaway

Use a strong directional motion blur on typography to create a sense of speed and kinetic energy.
