Summary
A concept redesign of the iOS mechanical keyboard featuring rounder key corners and refined key shapes.
Visual description
A light-gray-framed keyboard redesign showing a standard QWERTY layout with noticeably rounder corner radii on all keys compared to iOS defaults. Autocomplete suggestions appear as text above the letter row. Keys include subtle drop shadows and maintain legible letter spacing, with a bright blue return key standing out among white keys. The spacebar, ABC button, emoji and microphone controls anchor the bottom row.
Key takeaway
Increase key corner radius and add shadows to create visual relief and tactile dimensionality in virtual keyboards while maintaining recognizability and spacing.
