A logo animation on an almost empty white field where small outlined food icons drop in from the top and the lowercase foodsi wordmark builds up one letter at a time beneath them.
Visual description
The ground is a flat off white that fills nearly the whole frame, with all activity happening in a narrow band through the middle. Small line drawn food icons fall from the top edge, each rendered as a thin black outline with one or two flat fills: a carton of fries with a violet cup, a filled taco, a pink noodle bowl with chopsticks, a rolled burrito, a pizza slice and a stacked burger. Each one trails two or three short vertical hairlines above it to read as speed. Below them the brand mark arrives the same way: a small green symbol of a cupped hand holding a piece of produce drops in first, then the letters of the lowercase sans wordmark land one after another, briefly sitting out of position and offset in height before settling into the baseline. Late in the loop the icons clear the frame and the finished lockup holds alone, the green symbol perched just above the end of the word. The whole thing is drawn at small scale against very large margins, so the negative space is as much a part of the composition as the mark.
Key takeaway
Two motion behaviours carry the whole piece: everything falls, and everything trails the same hairline speed marks. Reusing that one gesture for the props and the letterforms makes an ordinary letter by letter build feel authored. The restraint of keeping the mark tiny in a huge white field is what sells the finish.
Reuse notes
Good reference for a food delivery, grocery or takeaway brand that wants lightness rather than appetite appeal, and for logo reveals that need to work in a square social crop. The hairline speed marks need a plain light ground to read, and the small mark size means it will not survive a busy or photographic background.
