DEC identity system layout on black

Summary

A single black board holding six brand assets side by side at different sizes and proportions, showing how the DEC monogram scales from a small circular stamp to a full-bleed photographic panel.

Visual description

Far left, a mint green circle carries the monogram in white at its center with "DEC Lifeschool" repeated around the ring, one instance upright and one inverted. To its right two stacked squares: an acid yellow-green one where the outlined monogram holds WEEKEND in its counter beside a white block of date copy, and an orange one where the monogram tiles three times with CAMP knocked out of the bottom repeat. Next, a tall narrow violet banner with the monogram stacked white down its length and "London winter trip 15.-24.03 2020" set in black at the foot. Beside it a narrow yellow banner runs "London calling" rotated ninety degrees, with dates, a URL and a small vertical EDUCATION lockup below. The largest panel on the right is violet with a photograph of a Queen's Guard in a bearskin cap cut into the monogram, a two-line Cyrillic headline in white and "DecHolidays.com" beneath. Everything sits on flat black with even gutters and no captions.

Key takeaway

Presenting the whole system on one dark board makes the format range legible at a glance: circular stamp, square poster, tall banner and full-bleed photo panel all built from the same three letters. The black ground lets six saturated colors sit together without any of them fighting.

Reuse notes

A strong template for the overview frame in an identity case study, or for a brand board slide. Works best when assets genuinely differ in proportion; equal rectangles would flatten the effect. The tight crops mean copy at the frame edges gets clipped, so keep critical information away from the outer boundary.
